Florida YIMBY reports that construction is set to begin soon at the second phase of Pinnacle 441 in Hollywood, Florida, providing more affordable housing for South Florida. The construction of these 100 additional units is expected to be completed in approximately 16 months, with a target completion date set for the fourth quarter of 2024.
“Pinnacle received $19 million in investment equity from the purchase of Housing Tax Credits from Bank of America, which will retire a significant amount of the bond financing when the development is complete,” said Pinnacle partner Tim Wheat.
