The Villages at Tarpon is Tarpon Springs’ newest affordable option for seniors 55 and older. The community was originally built in the 1970’s and was completely renovated in partnership with the Tarpon Springs Housing Authority. The community is mainly comprised of one-story buildings, emphasizing both accessibility and privacy. The upgraded, modernized living spaces and amenities are both welcoming and accommodating to the unique needs of seniors, and include numerous interior and exterior energy-efficient features.
