Orchid Grove, a garden apartment complex consisting of 80 units with Pinnacle’s customary luxurious amenities, was completed in late 2010. It serves farmworkers laboring in southern Miami-Dade County’s agri-business, and was developed and operated through the same successful collaboration between Pinnacle and the non-profit Rural Neighborhoods, Inc. that produced Live Oak Villas and Cypress Cove.
