As part of the ongoing revitalization of the Union Academy neighborhood in Tarpon Springs, Pinnacle developed Oak Ridge Estates, which provides a combination of 14 replacement public housing and 48 new affordable housing units. Oak Ridge Estates is designed to blend in with its residential surroundings, providing a mix of town home and garden style apartments on scattered lots with numerous desirable features and amenities. This redevelopment was a partnership between Pinnacle and the Housing Authority of Tarpon Springs.
