The Blue Lagoon commercial park is home to more than 10,000 daily employees working at 100-plus multinational corporations, including FedEx, Sony, Pepsi, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Novartis, ConAgra Foods and Toyota. Nuveen Real Estate purchased the property from Pinnacle and Ascend in September of 2021.
