Pinnacle has proposed an eight-story apartment complex in North Miami on a 1.59-acre site at 12616 Arch Creek Road and 1486 N.E. 127th St. in the Transit Station Overlay District, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The project, the Arch Creek Station apartments, would include 239 apartments, a 393-space parking garage and four parking spaces on the street. It could also rise next to a potential new Brightline local passenger rail station. “We think that the city of North Miami offers a lot of great opportunities, Pinnacle partner David O. Deutch said. “We’ve always believed in ‘eastward ho’ and putting development in urban locations where there is access to transit and access to jobs. We view this site as a nice opportunity in the city of North Miami to add a beautiful market-rate development to the landscape.”
