Florida YIMBY reports that Pinnacle is commencing construction on Pinnacle at La Cabaña, a $41.2 million affordable rental development in Miramar providing 110 units for seniors. Funded through public-private partnerships, it will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments, with 11 units for very low-income seniors and the rest for those earning 60% of area median income. The project is slated for 2025 completion and a groundbreaking ceremony celebrating this collaborative effort is set for April 10th, 2024 at the Miramar Parkway site.
“Affordable housing is vital for seniors facing increased living costs,” said Pinnacle partner Tim Wheat. “Pinnacle at La Cabaña is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the lives of Miramar’s senior community by providing a safe and supportive living space.
