Gardens at Casa Familia is a 50-unit affordable housing community for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Developed by Pinnacle in partnership with Casa Familia, Inc., it will be funded with low-income housing tax credits, $6 million in grants and loans from Florida Housing, and $2 million from Miami-Dade County. Construction starts in spring 2025.

The Residences at Casa Familia will provide four six-bedroom homes for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a communal setting. Developed by Pinnacle in partnership with Casa Familia, Inc., construction is set to begin in 2025, alongside the Gardens at Casa Familia.

Old Cutler Village Phase 2 is Pinnacle’s latest family development in southern Miami-Dade County consisting of 120 units located adjacent to Florida’s Turnpike extension.

Caribbean Isles is the long-awaited second phase of a public-private partnership between Pinnacle and Miami-Dade County to create a transit-oriented senior housing community. Building on the success of the first phase, Caribbean Village, Pinnacle will add 143 senior housing units and a parking garage adjacent to a new rapid transit busway stop. Construction is set to begin in 2025.

Pinnacle at The Wesleyan is Pinnacle’s newest affordable community in the Central Florida area, and will expand Pinnacle’s footprint into the City of Kissimmee and Osceola County.
