Founded in 1997 by partners Louis Wolfson III, Michael D. Wohl and David O. Deutch, and joined by Mitchell M. Freidman as partner in 1998, Pinnacle is a Miami-based family of companies dedicated to full-service real estate development and construction. Pinnacle’s current partners are Louis Wolfson III, David O. Deutch, Coraly Rodriguez and Timothy P. Wheat.

Pinnacle focuses on providing best-in-class multi-family luxury and affordable/workforce housing communities, and Pinnacle’s development portfolio now approaches 10,000 multi-family units located in Florida, Texas and Mississippi. Pinnacle enhances neighborhoods through quality design, green building techniques and environmentally-friendly features to energize and improve the communities in which it operates. Pinnacle has extensive experience in urban in-fill redevelopment as well as public/private partnership ventures, having completed numerous communities involving a public agency or non-profit organization as a meaningful collaborative partner. Pinnacle has a long track record of exceeding the expectations and needs of our partners and stakeholders, whether they are equity investors, lenders, non-profit organizations or the public sector. Pinnacle is known for enhancement of the communities we serve and our commitment to the highest quality of resident services.

Pinnacle also has formed a joint venture with D. Stephenson Construction, Florida’s largest African American-owned contracting firm, called PCDS Construction, LLC. This company focuses on South Florida urban redevelopment construction ventures where the combined skills of Pinnacle and D. Stephenson Construction enhance the economic impact within the communities where Pinnacle is developing. PCDS was selected as General Contractor for two of Pinnacle’s developments – Cannery Row at Redlands Crossing and Berkeley Landing.
