Berkeley Landing is undergoing construction in Riviera Beach, Florida. The $18 million venture is a joint project between Wendover Housing Partners and Pinnacle Communities. Upon completion, the planned community will feature 112 residential units. Of those units, 110 are affordable housing units, and two are at-market rate apartments.

According to Pinnacle Housing, plans include 27 one-bedroom units, 62 two-bedroom units, and 23 three-bedroom units. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the apartments will be housed in a three-story building, resting on about 4 acres. Amenities include a cyber lounge, fitness center, pool with cabanas, and dog park.

Records show that Berkeley Landing will require more than 132,000 square feet of new construction. PCDC Construction broke ground on the venture in early March 2022. Developers hope to complete the project by late 2023. RLC Architects PA is the architect.

Renderings show a mid-rise building with plenty of parking spots and open-air courtyards. The architect also designed a plaza with art installations. Urban Design Kilday Studios is the land planner, and KEITH is the civil engineer. Both firms have locations in South Florida.

Berkeley Landing’s address is 3100 and 3124 Broadway Avenue, Riviera Beach, Florida, 33404, in Palm Beach County. It’s east of I-95.
