Pinnacle's Hugo Pacanins recently joined developers, county officials, and housing advocates at the Bisnow Miami-Dade County Affordable Housing Summit. The current metrics are striking, with a 90,000-unit affordable housing deficit, market-rate rents up 40% in four years, and 70% of jobs projected through 2030 paying under $20 an hour.On the "Making the Numbers Work" panel, Hugo explained the funding layers that get deals done.
